If your purchase from B Woods Designs has a error, flaw, or defect, please let us know within 30 days or your purchase. It is our goal for customer service. Please note that sometimes suppliers run out of stock of an item and exact replicas are not available. We will work with you to make sure your are satisfied with the replacement product.

There are no returns on personalized items unless the error is on our part.
